Notes: Scope: The purpose of this committee is to coordinate the work on textile standards of the American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists (AATCC) and ASTM International Committee D13 and to act as liaison agent on other matters of mutual interest. Eight members: four from AATCC, four from ASTM D13 (at least two of each holding memberships in both organizations). The committee shall have bilateral chairmen--the AATCC Technical Director and the D13 Chair.
