AATCC TM111-2015, Weather Resistance of Textiles: Exposure to Daylight and Weather
Developed in 1996 by AATCC Committee RA64 to supersede 111A-1990, 111B-1990, 111C-1990 and 111D-1990 (editorially revised and reaffirmed 2009; revised 2015)
1. Purpose and Scope
1.1 This test method provides a means for determining the weather resistance of textile materials.
1.2 The test options described below are applicable to fibers, yarns and fabrics and products made therefrom, including coated fabrics, whether natural, colored, finished or unfinished. Test options included are:
A - Direct Exposure to Natural Light and Weather
B - Behind Glass Exposure to Natural Light and Weather without Direct Wetting
