Fabrics containing spandex elastomeric fibers are increasingly popular in all types of apparel. This webinar presented by Nelson E. Houser, M. Dohmen USA, will include the properties of spandex, typical wet processing routes, and processing issues such as preparation, dyeing, and finishing. Included in the presentation will be comments on dye selection and color fastness as related to many of the spandex blends with polyester, nylon, cotton, and other fibers.
